Do you Travel a lot and Want to Save as Much as you can with a Credit Card?

here are several reasons why you might travel a lot. Maybe you travel for business, have family far away that you like to visit, or you like to travel often on vacations. Even if you just make 1 or 2 long trips a year, getting a travel credit card just might be worth it.

Get Miles or Points for Dollars Spent

Most cards that offer travel incentives will give you either frequent flyer miles or points that can be redeemed for each dollar spent on your card. That means the more you charge to your card, the more frequent flyer miles you can get and the cheaper your trips will be.

With some cards you can get bonus miles and many offer great features such as no blackout dates on flights and double points for certain purchases. Also, you can often redeem points for hotels and other travel options in addition to flights. This is great because we all know we spend a lot of money on hotels and car rentals just as much as flights.

With the right card, you can get a low APR and a low or no annual fee. Here are some great cards to look into if you travel a lot and want to take advantage of your credit card usage:

American Express

American Express offers three great traveler cards including the Gold Delta Sky Miles Credit Card, the Blue Sky from American Express, and the JetBlue Card from American Express.

The Gold Delta Sky Miles card is perfect for the frequent traveler. You can get lots of miles on everything you spend and plenty of opportunities for bonus miles.

If you are interested in spending points on more than just airlines, including hotels and cruises too, you should get the Blue Sky card. It offers points with no point caps or expiration dates and no blackout dates or travel restrictions.

The Blue Sky card awards True Blue points. There are many opportunities for bonus points, and the points never expire. With 100 True Blue points, you get one round trip flight free. It can’t get much better than that!
